This documentary short chronicles the journey of Brent Watkins, a celebrated basketball player and member of the community, who suffered a tragic accident that nearly killed him.
As a teammate of Brent's during his time here at the University of Lethbridge, I was lucky enough to see the impact that he had throughout the school and community.
One of the most challenging aspects of this not only how to tell his story through narration and interviews, but how to portray it visually.
I gathered all of the footage and photos of the accident and his rehab, and began to shoot my own for the film.
